Our Dojo
We currently have classes in Aikido for adults, 4 days per week and a kid’s class on Saturdays. Our school is an off-shoot of the USAF affiliated Monadnock Aikikai, which operated for 34 years until it’s closing in 2020. Our new dojo opened in May of 2023. The dojo Cho and chief instructor is Nidan, Bill Whyte, a 30 year student of aikido. Classes are open to new students, from beginner to advanced. We work with you to make sure you take things step by step and condition yourself properly. Benefits include conditioning, balance and a deepened sense of calm.
