BJJ Lab Zürich

At BJJ Lab Zürich, we welcome everyone to experience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Our five-week basic course includes six classes per week, a structured curriculum, and a uniform to train in. You’ll also get access to our video library and the “matcam” feature to review your sparring sessions.

For advanced students, we offer classes that focus on technique and competition. Whether you’re here for fitness, self-defense, or to compete, we’ve got you covered.
